Relating, to Blockading and Obstructing
Railroad Crossings.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fort ColiinS
Section 1. It` shall be wilawful for any person, or persons,
road company or corporation, to blockade or obstruA the free passes "
of any street or public highway within the City of Fd,7,f ins, by
means of any railroad car or cars, or locomotive engine, or; Nmit
same to remain in or upon any street or public highway, acros*, r
lonm w ach any railroad may be constructed or operated, exceeding
minutes.'at any one time, under a penalty of not less than ten dollars,
($10. ) ner more than one hundred dollars ( $100. ) for each and every
offense, toPether with costs of suit. ;
