RELATING TO SALARIES OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYES
AND TENURE OF OFFICE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOFT COLLINS
Section 1 That from and after the first day of December
1913 the salaries and compensation of the officers other than
the Commissioners of the City of Fort Collins shall be as
follows to wit
City Attorney $75.00 per month
City Clerk $112 50 per month
City rmg neer and Assis-
tants $140 00 per month
vdhich said salaries shall be paid in monthly installments during
the term of service of said officers
Section 2 The designation salaries and compensation
of all other employes of said city provided for by the ordinances
and this ordinance shall be as follows , to wit
Health Officer $40 00 per month
Food Inspector $75 00 per month
Chief of Police V085 00 per month
Patrolmen , each $75 00 per month
Assistant Superintendent of dater Corks $1.0 00 per month
Caretaker Filter Plant $90 00 per month
Caretaker Pumping Plant and Reservoir $60 00 per month
Caretaker City Stand Pipe and Scales $40 00 per morth
Assistant Commissioner of Corks $125 OD per month
Judges of the Municipal Court each $"15 00 per month
Janitor of the City H-all and Jail $25 00 per month

Chief of Fire Department $16 66 per month
Driver in Fire Department $"70 00 per mont h
Assistant Driver Fire Department $65 00 per month
Assistant Super antendent of Cenetery $75 00 per month
Caretaker of City Dump $20 00 per mo nth
Chemist City dater Department atzver month
Assistant in Charge of City Park $70 00 per month
Assistant in Charge of Lincoln Park 060 00 per month
All the salaries of said employes shall be paid in monthly
installments in aceordenoe with the regulations of the City
Council respecting the auditing and payment of bills
Section 3 The terms of office of the City Attorney City
Clerk and City Engineer shall be as provided in Section 1 of
Article VI of the Charter and the terms of office of the City
Attorney City Clerk and City Erg in a er as appointed under said
Section of the Charter shall be and continue until the first
regular meeting of the Council after the election of 1916, and
the said officers shall hold their respective offices unless
removed by the Council until their successors are appointed
and qualified but nothing herein contained shall be deemed
to prevent the Council from removing any of such officers so
appointed either with or withuut cause
Section 4 All the persons named in Section 2 of this
ordinance are hereby declared to be employes of the City of
Fart Collins end all such employes as cell as all oth er
persons mho shall be appointed by the Council to employment
shall hold the office or em pl cy me n t to Bch ich they are ap po int e d
at the pleasure of the Council upon the recommendation of the
Commis stoner in whose department the appointee is to be
employed

Section 5 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict with tris ordinance are herebj repealed
