Section 1. That there be and hereby is appropriated out of t:.e re',eaues cf
the city of Fort Collins the Bum of seventy five hundred ($7500) dollars for the
water works department, to be used for the puraose of constructing a pipe line
from Bingham Hill Reservoir to the pucp house, for the fiscal year ending
December wl, 1914; and the warrants drawn against said apprpriation shall be payable

Section. 2. This ordinance is hereby declired to �e an emergency ordinance
for the preservation and safety of public property and protection and health of the �
Inhabitants and their property of the city of Fort Collins, and tLerefore,shall take
I effect upon its passage and publication under and by virtue of the authority contained
! in sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the city charter.
