AMENDING SECTION 1 OR ORDINANCE NO 6 1886 RELATING TO
RUNNING OF TRAINS AND BLOCYADING STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That section 1 of Ordinance No 6 1686
Relating to Running of Trains and Blockading Streets be and
the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows
Section 1 That it shall be unlawful for any person
or persons or any railroad company or corporation or
any person or persons in their employ to move propel
or cause to be -roved propelled or driven any railroad
car or locomotive engine by means of steam or other
power on any portion of the railroad of said person
company or corporation within the corporate limits of
the City of Fort Collins at a rate of speed exceeding
fifteen (15) miles an hour under penalty upon con-
viction of not less than �10 00 nor more than � 100 00
for each and every offense
Section 2 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed
