COLLINS
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person
to step on or off, or attempt to step on or off, the
platform or any part of any locomotive engine rail-
road, street railway or interurban car within the cor-
porate limits of the City of tort Collins, while the
sane is in motion, or to catch hold of or run along the
side of any such locomotive engine , railroad, street
railway or interurban car in such a manner as to be
liable to fall under or be injured by such locomotive
engine , railroad, street railway or interurban car
while the same is in motion within the corporate
limits of the City of Fort Collins
Section 2 Any person xho shall violate any of
the provisions of Sect3 on 1 of this ordinance shall,
upon conviction thereof, be fined in a sum not less

Section 3 Ordinance No 27 , 1889 , relating to
the boarding of moving trains passed and adopted
July 2, 1889 , and all ordinances and parts of ordinances

in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed
provided that this repeal shall not be construed to
release or discharge any causes of action which may
have accrued in favor of said City of fort Collins
r against any person or persons prior to the adoption of
this ordinance but all such causes of action as shall
have accrued prior to the repeal hereof shall be
prosecuted to the same effect as though this repeal
had/not been adopted

and read at length at a meeting of the City Council held

day of May 1916 was duly ordered by "aye"
and "nay" vote to be published in the Fort Collins Morning
Express a daily newspaper of the City of Fort Collins in
accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of Article IV
of thr City* Charter that thereafter and on to-wit the

day of Juvie 1916 at a regular meeting of the
City Council said ordinance came before said Council on
its final passage a period of more than ten days having
elapsed since the publication as above set forth and
that said ordinance was upon second reading adopted as
an ordinance and thereafter and on to-wit the
day of June 1916 said Ordinance No 1 1- _ as finally
passed and adopted was duly published in the Fort Collins
Morning Express a daily newspaper published in the
City of Fort Collins Colorado
