BE IT ORDAII=ED BY THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby created
the office of Caretakers at Municipal Camp Grounds of the City of
Fort Collins, which office is to be under the Works Department of
said City.
Section 2. The City Council may appoint some suitable
persons as Caretakers at Municipal Camp Grounds to serve for such
time as in the Judgment of the City Council may seem advisable .
Section 3. That the salary and compensation to be paid
to the Caretakers at Municipal Camp Grounds, Jointly, shall be
such sum per month as may be fixed by resolution of the City
t same not to be less than -`75.00 per month and not

more than y160.00 per month.
Section 4. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency
exists for the preservation of the public health, peace and
safety, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication under and by virtue of the authority contained in
Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter.
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous
vote of allmembers of the City Council at a regular meeting held
this 28th dap of March, A. D. 1930.

Collins, do hereby certify knd declare that the foregoing
ordinance , consisting of four (4) sections was duly p ropcsed
and read at length at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 28th day of march, A. D. 1930, and was duly
adopted and arcrered published in the Fort Collins Express-
Courier, a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the
City of Fort Collins , by the unanimous vote of all members of
the City Council, as an emergency ordinance, in accordance
with the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the
City Charter; and thereafter and on to-wit ; the 1st day of
April, A. D. 1930, said Ordinance No. 3 was -Ty-published
in thu Fort Co1'_ins Express-Courier, a 7y newspaper published
in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado .
IN WITNESS WIM30F, I have hereunto set my hand and
