OF ORDINAITCE 110. 34, 1924, IZELATING TO THE SALARIES OF THE
OFFICERS AITD EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PORT COLLINS, AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN COITFLICT HE'.EWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLI71S:
Section 1. That the provisions in said Section 1 of
Ordinance ITo . 2, 1926 which relates to salaries of officers and
employees of the City of Fort Collins , which read as follows :
Minimum Maximum
"Superintendent P.Tunieipal Railway . . . . . . . . .'. to =O
Building Inspector 150.00 to 225.00"
be and the same are horety amended to read as follows:

Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. In the opinion of the City Council an
emergency exists for the preservation of the public health, peace
and safety, and this ordinance shall take affect upon its passal-e
and publication under and by virtue of the authority contained in
Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter.
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous
vote of all the members of the City Council at a regular meeting
held this 2nd day of May, A. D. 1930.

I, A. J. ROS'ENOW, City Clerk of the City of Fort
Collins, do hereby certify and declare tint the foregoing
ordinance , consisting of three (3) sections , was duly pro posed
and read at length at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 2nd day of I4ay, A. D. 1930, and was duly adopted and
ordered published in the Fort Collins Express-Courier, a daily
newspaper and the official newspaper of the City of Fort
Collins , by the unanimous vote of all members of the City
Council, as an emergency ordinance, in accordance with the
provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City
Charter; and thereafter, on to-wit : the 6th day of I.Iay,
A. D. 1930, said Ordinance No . 5 was duly published in
the Fort Collins Express-Courier, a daily newspaper published
in the City of Fort Collins , Colorado.
