ORDINANCE NO 22 , 1930
BEING AN MIERGENCY ORD11TANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO.
21 1926, RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF 'IHE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH
BE IT OPDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 1 of Ordinance No . 2,
1926, relating to the salaries of the officers and employees
of the City of Fort Collins, be and it is herehy amended in the
following particulars only
That the librarian at the Public Library shall
receive a minimum of t100.00 per month and a maximum of $150.00
per month.
That the Assistant Chief of Police shall receive
a minimum of :�120.00 per month and a maximum of $150,00 per month.
That the caretaker at the city dump shall receive
a minimum of $25,00 per month and a maximum of $50.00 per month.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Section 3. In the opinion of the City Council an
emergency exists for the preservation of the public health, peace
and safety, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication under and by virtue of the authority contained in
Sections6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter.
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unan-
imous vote of all the members of the City Council at a regular
meeting held this 26th day of December, A D 1930.

of Fort Collins, do herebv certify and declare that the fore-
going ordinance, consisting of three (3 ) sections was duly
proposed and read at length at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 26th day of December, A D 1930, and was duly
adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins Express-Courier,
a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the City of Fort
Collins, by the unanimous vote of all members of the City Council,
as an emergency ordinance, in accordance with the provisions of
Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter, and thereafter
and on to-wit: the 29th day of December, A D 1930, said
Ordinance No. 22 was duly published in the Fort Collins
Express-Courier, a daily newspaper published in the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed the seal of said City this 29th day of
December, A D 1930.
