BEING AN/ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 10, 1929, AS AMENDED
BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE
LOCATIONS OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES, AND THE USE OF BUILDINGS
AND STRUCTURES, ETC AND TO DIVIDE THE CITY INTO CERTAIN DISTRICTS,
COM1AONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929, as
amended, being an emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict
the locations of buildings and structures and the use of buildings
and structures and land, the height and size of buildings and
other structures, the area and dimensions of open space in
building lots, the density of population and for said purposes
to divide the City into districts, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto Paragraphs a, b and c under Section 2,
entitled Zoning District Regulations
Section 2 (a) The zoning district map hereto-
fore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance, shall
be changed and amended so that Lots 43, 44 and 45, in Block 22,
in the City of Fort Collins shall be taken from E Commercial
District and put into and made a part of F Industrial District,
and that the City Engineer amend the original zoning district
map to comply with this ordinance
(b) All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed
(c) In the opinion of the City Council an
emergency exists for the preservation of the public health
peace and safety, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication under and by virtue of the authority

contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City
Charter

by the unanimous vote of all the members of the City Council

Citj of Fort Collins do hereby certify and declare that the
foregoing Ordinance, consisting of one (1) section, was duly
proposed and read at length at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the loth day of February, A D 1933 and was
duly adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins Express-
Courier, a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the City
of Fort Collins, by the unanimous vote of all members of the City
Council, as an emergency ordinance, in accordance with the pro-
visions of Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter,
and thereafter and on to-wit- the 21st day of February, A D
1933, said Ordinance No 1 was duly published in the Fort
Collins Express-Courier, a daily newspaper published in the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed the seal of said City, this 21st day
of February, A D 1933
