BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE
NO 69 1932 AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF OFFICERS AND
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT THEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 2 of Ordinance No 6 , 1932
as amended, relating to the salaries of officers and employees
of the City of Fort Collins , be and it is hereby amended by
striking out of said Section the following words "City Attorney
$125 00 to $175 00 It
Section 2 That there be added to said Ordinance
No 6 , 1932 as amended, Section 2 (a)
Section 2 (a) That the compensation of the
City Attorney shall be such amount as may, from time to time ,
be fixed by resolution of the City Council
Section 3 In the opinion of the City Council
an emergency exists for the preservation of the public health,
peace and safety, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage under and by virtue of the authority
contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the
unanimous vote of all members of the City Council at a regular
meeting held this 22nd day of June , A D 1934

foregoing Ordinance, consisting of three (3) sections , was duly
proposed and read at length at a regular meeting of the City
Council, held on the 22nd day of June , A D 1934 , and was duly
adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins Express-Qourier,
a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the City of Fort
Collins , by the unanimous vote of all members of the City Council
as an emergency ordinance, in accordance with the provisions of
Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter, and thereafter
