APPROPRIATION TMDE FOR S=MTS AND PLIMYS FOR THE FISCAL 710 ENDING
DECM,M--R 313 1922.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COT _tS:
Section 1. That there be and hereby is appropriated out
of the revenues of the City of Fort Collins for the fiscal year
beginning January 1, 1922 and ending December 31, 1922, in addition
to the annual appropriation heretofore made for streets and alleys
for said fiscal period, the sum of Thirteen hundred eighty-four and
and 13/100 ($1384.13) Dollars, which said sum is supplemental to the
ap ropriation heretofore +bade for streets and alleys for said fiscal
period.
Section 2. By reason of the fact that the appropriation for
streets and alleys for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1922, is
insufficient to meet the der.-,ids and requirements of the Public Works
Department of the city government, it is imperative that this cup-Aamental
appropriation to provide for t_e needs of the Public Works Department for
the present fiscal year shall be made effective at once, and it is hereby
declared tix.t an emergency exists for the preservation of the lrablic
health, peace and safety; and therefore, pursuant to the authority contained
in Section 6 of Article IV of the City Charter, this ordinance shall take
effect and be in full force upon its passage, adoption and publication in the
official newspaper under the provisions of Section 7 of Article IV of the
City Charter.
Introduced, read and adopted by the vote of all the -,embers of the
City Council this 23rd day of December, A. D. 1922.

I, A J ROSENOW, City Clerk of the City of Fort
Collins, do hereby certify and declare that the foregoing
ordinance, consisting of two (2) sections, was duly
proposed and read at length at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 23rd day of December, A D. 1922,
and was duly adopted and ordered published in the Fort
Collins Courier, a daily neir,spaper and the official newspaper
of the City of Fort Collins, by the unanimous vote of all
members of the Council, as an emergency ordinance, in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of
Article IV of the City Charter, and thereafter, on towit
the .2 day of December, 1922, Baia Ordinance No 34
was duly published in the Fort Collins Courier, a daily
newspaper published in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
