BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE GRADES ON NORTH
SHERVOOD STREET BETVEEN WEST MOUNTAIN AVENUE AND MAPLE STREET AND ALSO
FIXING AND ESTABLISHING TIM GRADES ON VEST STREET BETTEEN LAPORTE AVENUE
AND CHERRY STREET, IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 The grades for North Sherwood Street between West
Mountain Avenue and Maple Street, extending from the North property line of
North
the intersection of/Sherwood Street with West Moim tain Avenue to the inter-
section of the South property line of Maple Street with North Sherwood
Street, are hereby fixed and established and declared to be as follows:
All elevations being referred to City Datum B M. 104 76, at
the intersection of the walks on the corner of College Avenue and Oak Street,
at the postoffice corner
At the north property line of Mountain Avenue, center line
119 922 west walk line 120 55, west curb line 119,75, east walk line 120 12,
east curb line 119 59, at station 2 plus 00, center line 118 80, west walk
line 119 338 west curb line 119 00, east walk line 119 00, east curb line
118 67, at the south property line of Laporte Avenue, center linelll 82,

Section 2. The grades for West Street between the north
property line of Laporte Avenue and the south property line of Cherry Street
at the intersection of Cherry Street with West Street, are hereby fixed and
established and declared to be as follows

Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Section 4 In the opinion of the City Council an emergency
exists for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety, and
this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication under
and by virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article
IV of the City Chaster
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote
of all the members of the City Council this 5th day of May, A D 1923

hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance, consisting of four
(4) sections was duly proposed and read at length at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 5th day of May, A D 1923, and was duly adopted and
ordered published in the Fort Collins Courier, a daily newspaper and the
official newspaper of the City of Fort Collins, by the unanimous vote of all
members of the Council, as an emergency ordinance, in accordance with the
provisions of Sections 6 and 2 of Article IV of the City Charter, and
thereafter towit the day of May, A D 1923, said Ordinance No. '3
was duly }Dlibilihed in the Fort Collins Courier, a daily newspaper
published in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
