Br IT ORDAINCD PY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF FORT COLLIPTS:
Section 1. That Section 23 of Ordinance No. 7, 1920, to
regulate the use, handling, storage and sale of inflamnable liquids,
and the products thereof within the corporate limits of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, be amended to read as follows:
"Section 23. For the installation of all tanks, pumps,
pipe lines, filling stations and the operation of all
tank wagons, surety company bonds shall be furnished by
the applicant in an amount to be fixed by the City
Council, and approved by the Commissioner of Safety,
and filed with the City Clerk before any permit shall
be granted and issued."
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, read and ordered published this 12th flay of

I, A. J. RO&rddOW, City Clark of the City of Fort Collins,
do hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance, consisting of
two (2) sections, was duly proposed and read at length at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 12th day of December, A. D. 1990,
and was duly ordered by aye and nay vote to be published once in fall in
the Express-Courier, a daily newspaper of the City of Fort Collins, in
accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of Article IV of the City
Charter; that thereafter, and on, to-wit: the .2 to #day of December,
A. D. 1925, at a regular meeting of the City Council, the said ordinance
came before said Courcil upon its final passage, a period of mori than
ten days having elapsed since its publication as a' ove set forth, and
that said ordinance was upon second reading adopted as an ordinance, and
thereafter and on, to-wit: the -2 ay of December, A. D. 1925, said
Ordinance No. We as finally@ passsad and adopted, was duly published
in the Express-Courier, a daily newspaper published in said City of
Fort Collins, lolorado.
