HomeMy WebLinkAbout014 - 04/25/1963 - REZONING A PART OF THE SE QUARTER OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF TH ORDINANCE NO 14 1963 AMENDING CHAPTER 19 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO, 1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY IZNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING A PART OF THE SE QUARTER OF THE SId;2; OF SECTION 14 TOIINSHIP 7 NORTH RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P M IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO C RESIDENCE DISTPICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS That Chapter 19 Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958, as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and struc- tures and land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of 1 population and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is here- by amended by addition to Section 19-2 entitled Zoning District Regula- tions the following, to-wit Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit Commencing at a point"which is,,,582 2 feet Nest and 30 feet North of the Southeast ,q*j_ r of the SW',. of Section 14 Township 7 North, -lange 69'West of the 6th P M and run thence North 248 5 feet, thence lfest 236 4 feet, thence South 66 feet, thence East 77 4 feet thence South 182 5 feet thence East 159 feet to the point of beginning be changed from A Residence District to C Residence District Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 4th day of April, A D 1963, and to be presented for final passage on the 25th day of April A D 1963 Mayor ATTEST l City C erk L� Passed and adopted on final reading this 25th day of April A D 1963 Mayor ATTEST City Clerk -2-
