AMENDING CHAPTER 19, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED, CONMDNLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING A PART OF SECTION 13
TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH RANGE 69 VEST OF THE 6TH P M I19 THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO FROM "A" RESIDENCE DISTRICT
TO "C" RESIDENCE DISTRICT .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19 Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins
Colorado 1958 as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict
the locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and struc-
tures and land, the height and size of buildings and other structures,
the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots, the density of
population, and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and
the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby
amended by addition to Section 19-2 entitled Zoning District Regulations",
the following to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County
of Larimer State of Colorado, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the SE& of Section 13 Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M City of Fort Collins
County of Larimer, State of Colorado which considering the
East line of said SEt as bearing N 00°18'30" E and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at a point which bears N 89 38'
W 320 00 feet and again S 00 18130" W 70 00 feet from the
NE corner of said SEt and run thence S 00 18'30 V 345 28
feet thence along the arc of a 1014 24 foot radius curve to
the right a distance of 272 07 feet the long chord of which
bears S 07 59'35" W 271 25 feet thence along the are of a
15 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 21 87 feet,
the long chord of which bears S 57 26140" Q 19 98 feet
thence along the are of a 860 foot radius curve to the right
a distance of 162 56 feet the long chord of which bears N
75 22'25" W 162 33 feet thence N 69 57130 W 339 63 feet
thence N 00 18`.0' E 470 66 feet thence S 89 38' E 530 00
feet to the point of beginning, containing 6 7384 acres, more
or less EXCEPT that portion thereof described as follows A
tract of land situate in the SEt of Section 13, Township 7
North Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which considering the
East line of said SEJ as bearing N 00 18'30" E and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at a point which bears N 89038'
W 320 00 feet and again S 00 18'30" W 70 00 feet and again
N 89 38' W 530 00 feet and again S 00 18'30" W 150 00 feet
from the Northeast corner of said SE% and run thence S 00 18'
30" W 320 66 feet, thence S 69 57'30' E 339 63 feet, thence
along the are of a 860 00 foot radius curve to the left a distance
of 12 51 feet, the long chord of which bears S 70 22'30" E 12 50
feet thence N 19 12'30' E 110 001feet, thence N 70 22'30" V
10 89 feet thence N 4'/69 57'30" W 262 22 feet thence N 00 18'
30" E 243 26 feet thence N 89"41'30" W 110 00 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 1.5015 acres more or less
be changed from "A" Residence District to C" Residence District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 19Rh day of September A D 1963 and to be presented for
final passage on thel0th day of October, A D 1963
