HomeMy WebLinkAbout027 - 09/25/1958 - REZONING THE AREA INCLUDED WITHIN THE SOUTH COLLEGE HEIGHTS SHOPPING CENTER TO ''A'' RESIDENCE DIST r c � ORDINANCE NO 27 , 1958 AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 10, 19292 AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING THE AREA INCLUDED WITHIN THE SOUTH COLLEGE HEIGHTS SHOPPING CENTER ACCORDING TO PLAT FILED MAY 241 1956 to ' A' RESIDENCE DISTRICT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LOTS 147 to 154, BOTH INCLUSIVE OF SOUTH COLLEGE HEIGHTS FIFTH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT FILED JUNE 21, 1958 WHICH ARE CHANGED TO C RESIDENCE DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929 as amended, being an emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and structuresrand the use of buildings and structures/and land the height and size of buildings and other structures, the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section 11, en- titled Zoning District Regulations' , the following, to-wit Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the area included within the South College Heights Shopping Center, according to plat filed May 24, 1956, shall be taken from "D' Commercial District and put into and made a part of 'A' Residence District, with the exception of Lots 147 to 154, both inclusive, of South College Heights Fifth Subdivision, according to plat filed June 21, 1958, which shall be taken from 'D" Commercial District and put into and made a part of C' Residence District Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 28th day of August A D 1958, and to be presented for final passage on the 25th day of September, A D 1958 ATTEST La 16,_ lle� 24e,��_ Mayor City Clerk Passed and adopted on final reading this 25th day of September, A D 1958 ATTEST City Clerk Mavor
