AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 10, 1929, AS AMENDED COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING A PORTION OF
THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 15 TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH,
RANGE 69 WEST FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO B RESIDENCE
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces
in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide the
City into districts, and the zoning map adoptedin connection therewith, be
and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II entitled Zoning
District Regulations the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that a portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 15, Township 7
North Range 69 West of the 6th P M , more particularly described as follows,
to-wit
A portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 15
Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M 0
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado which considering the North line of said
NWk as bearing due East and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto, is contained within the
boundary lines which begin at a point from which the
NW corner of said NW-k bears North 83 21' West 1882 24
feet and run thence West 526 53 feet, thence South
04 28' ,East 117 40 feet, thence South 26 00' East
125 00/ %%%nce South 48 01' East 293 21 feet thence
South 82 56' East 249 15 feet, thence South 80 48140
East 253 49 feet thence North 00 20' West 101 16
feet, thence along the arc of a 123 55 foot radius
curve to the left a distance of 4 83 feet, the long
chord of which curve bears South 80 36'50 East 4 83
feet, thence North 00 27' West 51 01 feet, thence
along the arc of a 73 55 foot radius curve to the right a
distance of 47 60 feet the long chord of which bears
North 57 10' West 46 78 feet, thence along the arc
of a 173 55 foot radius curve to the left a distance
of 155 62 feet, the long chord of which bears North
64 18'45 West 150 45 feet thence West 80 29 feet
thence North 00 20' West 254 72 feet to the point of
beginning
be taken from A Residence District and put into B Residence District

Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered

final passage on the 8th day of October A D 1959
