AMENDING ORDINANCE.NO. 109 1929, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY
KNOWN-AS THE.ZONING ORDINANCE,CHANGING A.PORTION OF-THE
NW4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 69-WEST.OF
THE 6TH P.M. FROM ITS PRESENT DISTRICT TO "D" COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That Ordinance No. 10, of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land; the height and
size of buildings and other structures; the area and dimensions of open
spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose
to divide the City into districts, and- the zoning map adopted in connection
therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II entitled
"Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be .
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that thefollowing described property, situate in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
A parcel of land in the S-�. of the NWk of Section 24,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., described
as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of Block 1, Moran's
Subdivision; thence N. 89956' E. a distance, of 225 feet,
thence S. 00*07' W. a distance of 58.7 feet, thence N. 63*19' E.
a distance of 178.65 feet, thence-S. 00007' W. a distance of 81.5
feet to the true point of beginning, and go thence S. 89*56' W.
a distance of 550 feet, thence S. 00*07' W. 30.7 feet, thence
N. 59036' W. a distance of. 60.69 feet, thence S. .69056' W. a
distance of 90 feet -to the East right of way line of the State
Highway, thence S. 00*07' W. 352.28 feet, more- or less, along
the East right of way line of the State Highway to the center
-+ line of the Arthur Ditch, thence along the center line of said
Arthur Ditch S. 68*10' E. 40.43 feet, thence along the center
line of .said Arthur Ditch S. 60°09' E. 304.75 feet, thence along
the center line -of said Arthur Ditch S. 71'032 E. 410.65. feet,
thence aiong. the-center line-of-said Arthur Ditch N. W49' E.
1 05 feet, thence N. 00*07' E. 651.17 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning; _.
be taken from its present district and put into "D" Commercial District.
Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning
map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are-hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably bn .first reading and ordered

passage on the 14tkhday 'of September, A. D. 1961.
