BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 19589 AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from R H High Density Resi
dential District to B P Planned Business District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
A tract of which considering the East line of the Southeast
L of Section 13 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the Sixth
P M as bearing S 00 18 30 W and with all bearings con
tained herein relative thereto begins at a point which bears
N 89 38 W 320 00 feet and again S 00 18 30 W 300 00
feet from the Northeast corner of said Southeast and run
thence N 89 38 W 409 86 feet thence S 00 22 W 166 73
feet thence S 69 57 30 E 251 61 feet thence S 70 22 30
E 10 89 feet thence N 19 12 30 E 50 00 feet thence S
70 47 30 E 144 96 feet thence along the arc of a 1014 24
foot radius curve to the left a distance of 139 70 feet the
long chord of which bears N 04 15 15 E 139 58 feet thence
N 00 18 30 E 115 28 feet to the point of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 7h day of December A D 1967, and to be presented for
final passage on the 28h day of December A D 1967
