BEING AN ORDINANCE AMhNDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins,
is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification from R-L,
Low Density Residential District, to R-H, High Density Residential
District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit
A tract of land situated in the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 13, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
6th Principle Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, which considering the
South line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 13 as
bearing N 89038' W and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary
lines which begin at a point on the said South line,
N 89038' W 305 50 feet from the East 1/4 corner of
said Section 13 and run thence North 200 00 feet thence
N 89038' W 80 00 feet, thence North 150 00 feet, thence
N 89°38' W 274 50 feet, thence along the centerline of
the Emigh Lateral, N 79°16' W 123 42 feet, and again
N 71*03' W 68 72 feet, and again N 56035' W 53 90 feet,
thence South 423 50 feet to the South line of the
said NE 1/4, thence S 89038' E 585 75 feet to the
point of beginning
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of March, A D 1974 and to be presented for
final passage on the 4th day of April, A D 1974
