BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE EDORA ACRES
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Sectionl, That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Edora Acres Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, said annexation being more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
A tract of land situated in the A of Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 68
West of the 6th. P. M. , which considering the North line of the NW; of said
Section 19 as bearing N. 89041140" E. and'with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the North
Quarter Corner of said Section 19 and run thence N. 88059'40" E. and along the
North line of the NE; of said Section 19, 1,321.73 feet to the West right of
way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence S. 000,03'20" E. and along said
West right of way line, 413.24 feet; thence S. 74036'40" W. 790.81 feet; thence
N. 79016'50" W. 255.79 feet; thence N. 860.32'20" W. 578.58 feet; thence N. 550
54'50" W. 639..03 feet; thence N. 00018'20" W. 155.00 feet to the North line of
the NA of said Section 19; thence N. 89041'40" E. and along the North line of
the NWa of said Section 19, 799.46 feet to the point of beginning;
in the R-L, Low Density Residential District, except for the following described portion
thereto, to-wit:
A tract of land situated in the NE; of Section 19, Township 7 North, Range '68
West of the 6th P. M. , which considering the North line of said NEa as bearing
N. 88059'40" E. and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is con-
tained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on the North line of said
NE'i which bears N. 88059'40" E. 651.67 feet from the North Quarter Corner of said
Section 19 and run thence N. '88059140" E. and along the North line of the NEB of
said Section 19, 670.06 feet to the West right of way line of the Union Pacific
Railroad; thence S. 00003'20" E. and along said West right of way line 413.24
feet; thence S. 74036'40" W. 269.38 feet; thence N. 09°58'20" W. 130.58 feet;
thence S. 74036'40" W. 210.00 feet; thence N. 24000'00" W. 125.00 feet; thence
N.530�1'15" W. 167.53 feet; thence N. 00000'00" E. 186.30 feet to the North line
of the NE14 of said Section 19 and the point of beginning;
which shall be included in the R-H, High Density Residential District.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 6th day
of February, A. D. 1969, and to be presented for final passage on the 27th day of February,
A. D. 1969.
