BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: -
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City. of Fort Collins, .Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-L, Low Density Residential District, to R-M, Medium Density
Residential District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
Beginning 725 feet West from the Northeast cornerof. Section 16, Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P. M. , Larimer' County, Colorado; thence
S. 00025' East 190 feet; thence West 100 feet; thence North 190 feet;
thence East 100 feet to the point .of beginning; known as 2215 West Mulberry
Street, Fort •Collins, Colorado.
