AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDnINED BY ThE COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF PORT COLLINS
Sectior l TI .t the Zoning District Map of the City of For Collins,
Colorado adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from R-L Low Density Resi-
dential Dxs -ict to B-P Planned Business District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit
The South 390 feet of the West Elizabeth Foothills
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
and by changing the zoning classification from R-L Low Density Residential
District to R-M Medium Density Residential District for the following described
property in the City, to-wit
The North 490 feet of the South 880 feet of the West
Elizabeth Foothills Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 24° day of February A D 1966, and to be presented for
final passage on the 17c° day of March, A D 1966
