BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 19580 AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND PLACING
CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 19589 as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by placing the following described properties in the zoning
district as indicated following the description of each property
A tract of land situate in the NWk of the NWk of Section
219 Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 61h P M , which,
considering the North line of said NWk as bearing S 89 41'
E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto,
is more particularly described as follows Begin at the
Northwest corner of said Section 21 and run thence S 89°
41' E 556 00 feet, thence S 00046' E 192 00 feet, thence
along the are of a 75 34 foot radius curve to the right a
distance of 48 29 feet, the long chord of which bears S
17°35'30 W 47 46 feet, thence S 35*57' W 486 79 feet,
thence along the arc of a 49 33 foot radius curve to the
right a distance of 46 28 feet, the long chord of which
bears S 62°49'30 W 44 60 feet, thence S 89 42 W 212 07
feet thence N 00*35' W 655 85 feet to the point of
beginning,

A tract of land situate in the NWk of the NWT of Section
21, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6eh P M , which,
considering the North line of said NW} as bearing S 89 41'
E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto,
is more particularly described as follows Begin at a point
which bears S 89*41' E 556 00 feet from the Northwest

A tract of land situate in the NWk of the NA of Section
21, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 61 P M , which,
considering the North line of said NWk as bearing S 89*41'
E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto,
is more particularly described as follows Begin at the
Northwest corner of said Section 21 and run thence S 89°
41' E 1291 00 feet, thence S 00*46' E 1376 94 feet,
thence S 89*42' W 1295 25 feet, thence N 00035' W 1390 85
feet to the point of beginning, EXCEPT any portion of said property
which is described in any of the preceding descriptions in
this notice,
zoning district - R-L Low Density Residential District
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered

passage on the 7' day of April, A D 1966
