AMENDING CHAPTER 19, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958 AS AMENDED, COMMONLY MOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED
IN THE SE'k (SOUTHEAST QUARTER) OF SECTION 139 TOWNSHIP 7
NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P M FROM "Al RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT TO "D" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958, as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures and
land, the height and size of buildings and other structures, the area and
dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of population, and
for said purposes to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map
adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition
to Section 19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations," of the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that the following described property, situate in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit
Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE'k) of Section 13,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado,
being more particularly described as follows Considering
the East line of the Southeast Quarter (SEk) of said
Section 13, to bear North 00°18'30" East and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto, and with all
subdivisions referenced herein being those platted and
recorded in the records of Larimer County, Colorado,
Commencing at the northeast corner of the Southeast
Quarter (SEA) of said Section 13, thence South 00°18'30"
West 765 00 feet along the East line of said Section 13
to the True Point of Beginning, said point being the
southeast corner of Lemay Subdivision, thence continuing
South 00 18'30 West 230 00 feet along the East line of
said Section 13, thence North 89 41'30 West 240 00 feet,
thence North 86 ll'00' West 170 00 feet, thence North
76"00'W ' West 197 79 feet, thence North 29*32140 East
136 76 feet, thence North 25°08'10" East 98 24 feet to the
southerly Right-of-Way line of Garfield Street, thence
along the are of a circular curve to the left whose radius
is 920 00 feet and whose long chord bears South 81 41100"
East 256 30 feet along said southerly Right-of-Way line of
Garfield Street, thence South 89*41130' East 240 00 feet
along the said southerly Right-of-Way of Garfield Street to
the True Point of beginning, containing 2 683 acres, more
or less,

be changed from 'A" Residence District to "D" Commercial District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 4th day of February, A D 1965, and to be presented for
final passage on the 25th day of February, A D 1965
