AMENDING CHAPTER 19 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COWRAD09 19581, AS AMENDED, COMMnY RNONN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING LOTS 71 8 AND 90
KESSLER SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO,
FROM PARTLY "B" RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND PARTLY "C"
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO "C" RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AND
CHANGING LOT 6, KESSLER SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COTDRADO, FROM PARTLY 'B" RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
AND PARTLY 'C ' RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO "B" RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado 1958 as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures and
land the height and size of buildings and other structures, the area and
dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of population, and for
said purpose to divide the City into districtsgc and the zoning map adopted in
connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section
19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that the following described property, situate in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit
Lots 7 8 and 9, Ressler Subdivision in the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado
be changed from partly 'B" Residential District and partly 'C ' Residential
District to "C" Residential District, and the following described property,
situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit
Lot 6, Ressler Subdivision in the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado,
be changed from partly B Residential District and partly "C" Residential
District to 'B' Residential District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3, All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 4th day of February, A D 1965, and to be presented for final
passage on the 25th day of February, A D 1965
