AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 100 1929, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE ZONING LANDS ANNEXED TO
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, SINCE THE ADOPTING OF SAID
ORDINANCE AND MAKING PROVISION FOR ZONING NEW LADS
HEREAFTER ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, that
Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an emergency
ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and struc-
tures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open
space in building lots, the density of population, and for said purpose
to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connec-
tion therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section II,
entitled "Zoning District Regulations,' the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning district map heretofore adopted and declared
to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended, and is hereby
changed and amended so that lands annexed to the City of Fort Collins since
May 31, 1929, shall be put into and made a part of zoning districts as
hereinafter set out, to-wit

Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein estab-
lished
Section 3 All lands annexed to the City of Fort Collins on or
after the effective date of this ordinance shall immediately upon such annexa-
tion be automatically classified as an A residence district except that the
City Council may annex any land as any other class or classes of zoning districts
provided all resolutions notices and ordinances enacted to effect such annexa-
tions shall contain and designate there the zoning district or districts which
shall apply to the territory to be annexed

Section 4 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict with this ordinance are hereby repealed
