RELATING TO SALARIES OF CITY OFFICIALS APPOINTED BY
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
�F�AS, the Charter of the City of Fort Collins provides that
the Council of the City of Fort Collins shall fix the salary of the City
Manager and fix the compensation to be paid the City Attorney and the Judge
of the Municipal Court,
BE IT ORDAIN BY THE = COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS-
Section 1: That the salary to be paid the City Manager shall be
$9600.00 per annum, payable an monthly installments, of which sum $6000.00
shall be charged to the City of Fort Collins Light Department, $2000.00 to
the City of Fort Collins "dater Department, and $1600.00 to general government
expense. In addition thereto said City Manager shall be furnished an auto-
mobile for his use since said City Manager is subject to call twenty-four hours
per day, and said City Manager shall receive $500.00 for expense money for
attending professional meetings.
Section 2: That the City Attorney shall receive a retainer of
$3600.00 per annum, payable in monthly installments, of which sum $2640.00 shall
be charged to general government expenses and $960.00 to the Fort Collins Light
Department,
Section 3- That the salary to be paid to the Judge of the municapal�
Court shall be $2400.00 per annum, payable in monthly installments, which sum
shall be charged to general government expenses.
Section 4: The effective date from which the above salaries and
compensation shall be paid is April 12, 1955.

Section 5 All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 22nd day of April, A. D. 1955, and to be presented for final passage on
May 12, 1955s /
