ORDINANCE NO 45 , 1957
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 10, 1929, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING THE RADIO CITY
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS TO "D" COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No. 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land, the height and
size of buildings and other structures, the area and dimensions of open space
in building lots, the density of population, and for said purpose to divide
the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted inlconnection therewith,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section II, entitled "Zoning
District Regulations", the following, to-wit
Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinanceshall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that the following described landsknown as The Radio City Annexation
to the City of Fort Collins, to-wit
A portion of the SFA of the NWk of Section 10, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , Larimer County, State
of Colorado, contained within boundary lines beginning at a
point on the South line of the NIA of said Section 10 and
230 feet West of the SE corner of the NV`-4 of said Section 10
and running thence North 155 feet, parallel to the East line
of the NWk of said Section 10,
thence West 80 feet, parallel to the South line of the NW%
of said Section 10,
thence North 398 feet, parallel to the East line of the NW%
of said Section 10,
thence West 20 feet, more or less, to a point on the East
line of the V-3/4 of the SE4 of the NWk and 553 feet North
of the South line of the NWk of said Section 10,
thence West 285 feet, parallel to the South line of the NW%
of said Section 10,
thence South 553 feet, to a point on the South line of NWk
of said Section 10 and 285 feet Nest of the SE corner of the
W-3/4 of the SE4 of the NW4 of said Section 10,
thence East 285 feet, along the South line of the NWk of said
Section 10,to the SE corner of the W-3/4 of the SE4 of the NW4
of said Section 10, and
thence East 100 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
subject to right of way for the public road over the South 30
feet thereof, and containing 4.158 acres, more or less,

shall be taken from "A" Residence District and put into and made a part of
"D" Commercial District.
Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 26th day of December, A D 1957, and to be presented for
final passage on the 23rd day of January, A D 1958.
