AMENDING CHAPTER.193, CODE OF"ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT .COLLINS3,. COLORADO, .1958, AS.AMENDED, ,.COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CONDITIONALLY .CHANGING TRACTS
C AND D, SOUTH COLLEGE HEIGHTS.SI%TH SUBDIVISION FROM
RESIDENCE. DISTRICT TO_"D" COMMERCLAL.DISTRIGT_AND
PERMITTING THE .ERECTION OF.A.FENCE IN:THE-_FRONT YARD_
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Chapter 19, Code. of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958, as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and the use of buildings and structures
and land; the height and size of buildings and other structures; the area and
dimensions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for
said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in
connection therewith, be and the same is. hereby amended by addition to Section
19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations," 'the following, to-wit:
Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to.be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed-and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that the following described property, situate in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Tracts C-and D, South College Heights 'Sisth Subdivision,
in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado;
be taken .from "A" Residence District and put into "D" Commercial District as
long as said land is used for swimming pool and recreational purposes only.
Section 2. Whenever the use of said lands for swimming pool and
recreational purposes only is discontinued then such lands shall immediately
return to and become a part of the "A" Residence District.`
Section 3. As long as said lands are used for swimming pool and
recreational purposes it shall be permissible to erect a fence in the front
yard of said premises.
Section 4, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
•a certified copy of this ordinance and to file the same in the office of the
Clerk and Recorder of the County of Larimer so that record notice of the pro-
visions hereof shall be given.

Section 5: The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established.
Section 6. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.' ^

on the .26th day of April, A. D. 1962.
