CITY- OF FORT COLLINS, LYING SOUTH AND EAST OF CANYON AVENUE FROM "B".RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "D" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS- THAT Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,, Colorado,,, 1958s as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures and land; the height and size of buildings and other structures; the arm and dimen- sions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose to divide the City into districts., and the zoning map adopted in connec- tion therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section 19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit: Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County, of Larimer., State of Colorado, to-wit: That part of Block 83 (eighty-three)., City of Fort Collins, lying South and East of Canyon Avenue,, Said part is bound. on the Northwest by Canyon Avenue; on the East by South Meldrum Street and on the South by liest Magnolia Street; be changed from "B" Residence District to "D" Commercial Districts, prov*ded, however, that for all buildings built on West Magnolia Street or South Meldrum Street,a 20 foot set back shall be maintained. Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed., Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 7th day of June, A.
