AMENDING CHAPTER 19 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS$ COLORADO 1958, AS AMENDED COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING A PORTION OF
THE NORTHWEST CONSOLIDATED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, FROM AN 'A" RESIDENTIAL DIS-
TRICT TO A 'B ' RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins
Colorado 1958 as amended, being an ordinance\ to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures and
land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area and
dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of population and for
said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in
connection therewith be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section
19-2 entitled 'Zoning District Regulations the following to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that the following described property situate in the County of
Larimer State of Colorad; to-wit
A portion of the Northwest Consolidated Annexation to the
City of Fort Collins Colorado which considering the South
line of the Northeast 1; of Section 10 Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the Sixth P M as bearing due East and
West and with all bearings contained herein relative there-
to is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a
point which bears East 317 5 feet and again N 00 15' W
365 00 feet from the Southwest corner of said Northeast 34
and run thence N 00 15' W 395 00 feet thence East 344 00
feet thence S 00 15' E 395 00 feet, thence West 344 00
feet to the point of beginning containing 3 1194 acres
more or less
be changed from an A" Residential District to a "B ' Residential District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 4th day of June A D 1964 and to be presented for final
passage on the 25th day of June A D 1964
