ORDINANCE NO 50 1976
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the
City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the
zoning classification from B-L, Limited Busines District to
H-B, Highway Business District for the following described
property in the City, to-wit
A part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , which,
considering the North line of said NW 1/4 as bearing S
89141' E and with all bearings contained herein rela-
tive thereto, begins at a point on said North line
which bears S 89041' E 300 00 feet from the NW corner
of said Section 21, and run thence S 00035' E 175 00
feet, thence N 89041' W 300 00 feet to a point on the
West line of said NW 1/4, thence along said West line S
00035 ' E 365 85 feet, thence N 89042' E 197 50 feet,
thence N 35*57' E 440 16 feet, thence N 00*46 ' W 180 94
feet to a point on the North line of said NW 1/4,
thence N 89*41' W 159 00 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 3 406 acres, more or less, EXCEPT the most
northerly 50 00 feet for West Prospect Street and the
most westerly 50 00 feet for Overland Trail
introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 22nd day of June, A D 1916, and to
be presented for final passage on the 6th day of July, A D
1976
