BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE
REMAINING PROPERTY COMPRISING A PART OF THE HORSETOOTH
SOUTH MESA ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118
of the Code of the City of Fort Collins, be and the same hereby is changed
and amended by including the property comprising a part of the Horsetooth
South Mesa Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the
R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential District, and in the R-L-M, Low
Density Multiple-Family District, and in the R-P, Planned Residential
District, as follows
Ca) R-L-P Low Density Planned Residential District
A tract of land situate in the South k of Section 26,
T7N, R69W, and considering the sou8h line of the SE;
of said Section 26 as bearing N 89 54' W and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained
within the boundary lines as follows
Begin at a point which bears N 89054' W - 2208 09 Net
from the SE corner of said Section 26, thence, N 89 54'
W - 436 79 feet to the SW corner of the SE ; of Section
26, thence N 89054'34" W - 366 30 fe6t, thence, N 00
06155" E - 660 00 geet, thence, S 89 54134" E - 366 30
fegt, thence, N 00 06'55" E - 917 48 fee , thence S
89 49105" E - 1625 48 fest, thence, S 01 12125" W -

A tract of land situate in the South 3k of Section 26,
T7N, R69W, and considering the sou8h line of the SE
of said Section 26 as bearing N 89 54' W and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained
within the boundary lines as follows.
Begin at a point which bears N 89054' W - 1508 09 f8et
from the SE corner of said Sectioa 26, thence, N 89

thence N 45 06' E - 707 1b feet, thence N 00 06' E -

bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained
within the boundary lines as follows;

from the SE corner of said Sectio8 26, thence, N 89

thence, S 89 541 E - 678 96 feet to the east R,O,W of
the C & S Railroad, thence, S 00°54' W, along said R 0 W

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 29th day of March, A D 1977, and to be presented for
final passage on the 19th day of April , A,D 1977,
