BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 01' THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE WEST PROSPECT THIRD
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the West Prospect Third
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the S', corner of Section 16, Township 7 North, Range 69 West
of the 6th P. M. , thence S. 89041 ' E. 708.65 feet to a point on the boundary
of the West Prospect Second Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
which point is the true point of beginning; thence N. 00006130/1 W. along said
Annexation 572.65 feet; thence S. 89041 ' E. along said Annexation 315 .00
feet; thence S. 00006130/1 E. along said Annexation 572.65 feet; thence N. 890
41 ' W. along said Annexation 315 feet to the true point of beginning.
Section 2, The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 4th
day of September, A. D. 19 64 and to be presented for final passage on the 25th day of
September, A. D. 19 62
