BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado,11958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed and
amended by changing the zoning classification from R-L, Low Density Residential
District, to R-P, Planned Residential District, for the following described
property in the City, to-wit
A tract of land lying in the SW4 of Section 15, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 61 P M in Larimer County,
Colorado, being more particularly described as follows
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SW4 of said
Section 15 and considering the North line of said SW4 of
Section 15 to bear South 89 54'20 East with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto, thence North 89 54120
West 130 20 feet to the True Point of Beginning thence
S 00 04'32 E 414 00 feet, thence S 89 55'28 W 588 71
feet thence N 07 48'59 East 419 55 feet to a point on
the North line of the SW4 of said Section 15 thence S 89
54'20 E along the North Line of the SW4 of said Section
15, 531 11 feet to the True Point of Beginning
and by changing the zoning classification from R-L, Low Density Residential
District, to R-M, Medium Density Residential District, for the following
described property in the City, to-wit
A tract of land lying in the S' of Section 15, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6 " P M in Larimer County,
Colorado, being more particularly described as follows
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the SW4 of said
Section 15 and considering the North line of the SW4 of
Section 15 to bear S 89 54 20 E with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto, thence S 89 54'28 E
along the North line of the SE4 of Section 15, 8 90 feet
to the Northwest corner of the Ninth Fairview Subdivision
as platted and recorded in the Records of Larimer County,
Colorado thence S 00 04132 E along the West boundary
of said Ninth Fairview Subdivision 453 23 feet, thence S
89 55'28 W 140 00 feet thence N 00 04'32 W 453 65
feet to a point on the North line of the Southwest 4 of
said Section 15 thence S 89 54'20 E along said North
line of the SW4 of Section 15, 130 20 feet to the point
of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
