BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY-9F FORT COLLINS
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-L, Low Density Residential District, to R-P, Planned Residential
District, for the following described property, to-wit

A tract of land being a part of Tenth Green First Filing, a part of the SEk of
Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , Larimer County,
Colorado, beginning at the SE corner of Lot 20, Block 2 in said Tenth Green
First Filing thence S 89 57 40 W and along the back line of Lots 20, 21,
22, and 23, 310 29 feet to the SE corner of Lot 23 thence N 00 02'20 W
and along the back lot lines of Lots 13, 24, 30, 31 and 32 in said Tenth Green
First Filing 543 02 feet to the NW corner of said Lot 32 and the North line of
SEk of the SEk of said Section 9 thence S 89 37'01 E and along the North
line of the SEk of the SEk of said Section 9, 187 51 feet to the centerline of
Briarwood Road, thence South along the centerline of the Briarwood Road the
following course thence S 00004'01 W 15 55 feet thence along a chord of a
curve which is concave easterly with a radius of 200 00 feet S 22 28,00 E

and by changing the zoning classification from R-L, Low Density Residential District, to
R-M, Medium Density Residential District, for the following described property, to-wit
A parcel of land located in the E' of the SEk of Section 9, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6h P M , Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 9 and
considering the South line of the SE4 of said Section 9 to bear N 89 35130 W
with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, thence N 89 35'30 W along
said South line of the SEk 555 90 feet, said point being the Southwest corner of
a tract of land described in Book 877, Page 159 in the Larimer County records
thence continuing N 89 35'30 W along said South line of the SEk 224 69 feet,
thence N 00 45'50 W 256 65 feet thence N 89 34'40 W 187 36 feet thence
N 00002120 W 1065 52 feet to the North line of the SEk of the SEk of said
