BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Hap adopted by Chapter 19 of the code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 195S, ns a:.:cndcd, be and the same nefeby ,
is changed and amended by including the property 1. 10� u as the Village, Square
Annexation to the City of ForL collir.s, Colorado, in zoning districts as follows:
A tract of land located in the N 1/2 of Section 27, T7Y, Range 69 W, of the
6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the East line of the N 1/2 of said Section 27 as bearing S. 000
04151" W and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto.
Commencing at the NE Corner of said Section 27, said corner also being the
True Point of Beginning; thence along the said east line, S. 00004'51" IV, 994.27
reet to a point which bears N. 00004151" E, 1657.09 feet from the E 1/4 corner of
said Section 27; thence N. 89029116" W, 1000.00 feet; thence N. 00004151" E,
994.'•4 fc�t to a point on the north section line of said Section 27, thence along
the said north line S. 89026157" E, 1000.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
in the R-P, Planned Residential District.

Commencing at the E 1/4 Corner of said Section 27, thence along the said south
