ORDINANCE NO 92 1972
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OR THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE ANDERSON ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958,
as amended be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including
the property known as the Anderson Annexation to the City of Fort Collins
Colorado in zoning districts as follows
The following described portion of said annexation to wit
A tract of land situate in the M� of Section 22, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6th P M , Larimer County Colorado which
considering the North line of the NW', of said Section 22 as bear
ing S 89051145 E and with all bearings contained herein rela
tive thereto as contained within the boundary lines which begin
at a point on the North line of the said NW', which bears S 890
51145 E , 1987 96 feet from the NW corner of said Section 22,
and run thence S 89051145 E 663 64 feet to the N , corner
of said Section 22 thence along the North line of the NE, of
said Section 22, S 89034130 E , 750 00 feet thence S 45008'

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordnace with this ordinance
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 14th day of December, A D 1972, and to be presented for
final passage on the 4th day of January A D 1973
