BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE BROWN FARM FIRST
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same
hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as the Brown Farm First
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins Colorado partly in the R-L Low Density Resi
dential District partly in the R P Planned Residential District and partly in the B P
Planned Business District Said property is more particularly described as follows
to wit
A tract of land situated in Section 21 Township 7 North Range 69
West of the 6th n M Larimer County Colorado being more particularly
described as follows Considering the East line of said Section 21
Township 7 North Range 69 West as bearing N 00 09 00 E and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto Beginning at the SE corner
of said Section 21 thence N 00 09 00 E a distance of 2051 49 feet

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance
