BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE SPENCER FOURTH
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Spencer Fourth Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins Colorado partly in the R L Low Density Residential District
and partly in the R P Planned Residential District Said annexation is more particularly
described as following to wit
A tract of land situate in Section 25 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the
Sixth P M which considering the West line of said Section 25 as bearings S
00000145' E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is con-
tained within the boundary lines which begin at the Ek corner of said Section
25 and run thence S 00023130 E 760 00 feet along the East line of the SEk
of said Section 25 thence S 89036130 W 516 00 feet thence N 70050' W
280 48 feet thence N 00036' W 368 41 feet thence N 48048' W 28 40 feet
thence S 60048115 W 87 14 feet thence S 89024' W 355 31 feet thence N
49042' W 168 02 feet thence S 52044' W 160 00 feet thence S 89024' W
314 00 feet thence N 57024120 W 195 16 feet thence N 77010' W 165 00
feet thence along the arc of a 650 36 foot radius curve to the left a distance
of 425 29 feet the long chord of which bears N 05054' W 417 74 feet thence
N 89046' E 1167 01 feet thence N 00036' W 1075 57 feet thence N 89046'
E 1000 35 feet to the Northeast corner of the S' of the NEk of said Section
25 thence S 00036' E 1319 64 feet to the point of beginning containing
58 788 acres more or less
All of said property is hereby included in the R L Low Density Residential District
except the following described portion thereof to wit

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance
