ORDINANCE NO 147, 1982
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE HARMONY FIFTH ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Harmony Fifth Annexation
to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the I-L, Limited Industrial
District
A tract of land situate in the South 1/2 of Section 33,
Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P M ,
Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the West
line of the Southwest 1/4 as bearing S 00000'11" W and
with all bearings contained herein relative thereto
is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a
point which bears S 00°00'11" W 351 60 feet, and again
N 89°50'11" E 2447 99 feet, and again S 45058'59" E
71 74 feet from the West 1/4 corner of said Section 33,
said point also being on the West right-of-way of
Fossil Creek Reservoir Inlet Ditch, thence along said
West right of way, S 45°58'59" E 105 54 feet, and again
S 47050'59" E 484 83 feet, and again S 41042'09" E
569 14 feet, and again S 32035'19" E 151 42 feet to the
Northerly line of the Harmony Annexation No 4 to the
City of Fort Collins, thence along said Northerly line,
N 89038'51" W 265 24 feet, and again N 54°24'49" W
1628 35 feet, thence N 89050'11" E 693 95 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 11 2497 acres more or
less
Section 2 That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon and subject to the area' s development as a unified Planned Unit
Development, as that term is defined in the City's Zoning Code
Section 3 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of November, A D 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 7th day of December, A D 1982
