BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins, Color o,
adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is her y
amended by changing the zoning classification from R-L, Low Densi
Residential District to R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential D tract
for the following described property in the City, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the South 1/2 of the N th 1/2
of Section 22, Township 7 North, Range 69 West o the Sixth
P M , Fort Collins, Colorado, which considgrin the South
