Home My WebLink About006 - 01/02/1979 - ADOPTING THE 1979 CITY OF FORT COLLINS EMPLOYEE PAY PLAN (EMERGENCY ORDINANCE) ORDINANCE NO 6, 1979 BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1979 CITY OF FORT COLLINS EMPLOYEE PAY PLAN WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore approved a position classi- fication and compensation plan for municipal employees for the City of Fort Collins, and WHEREAS, the administration has reviewed the City's compensation plan and has recommended that a new plan be approved which is based upon the principles of employee performance, prevailing wages, and internal align- ment NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the pay plan for the fiscal year, 1979, for all of City of Fort Collins clerical and technical employees shall be as follows Range 1C $267 -
