WHEREAS, the City Council on January 2, 1979, did approve the 1979 City of Fort Collirs Employee Pay Plan, and WHEREAS, said Pay Plan is based upon the principles of employee performance, prevailing wages and internal alignment, and WHEREAS, the administration is recommendinq an amendment to the aforementioned Plan in order to insure that it accurately reflects the needs and capabilities of the City of Fort Collins NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows Section 1 That that certain Employee Pay Plan adopted by the Council of the City of Fort Collins on January 2, 1979, be, and it hereby is, amended by the deletion therefrom of the schedules relating to clerical ano technical employees, protective services employees, professional , admini- strative and technological employees, and labor/trade employees, and the substitution in their place of those schedules attached nerezo as Exn7Dlz "A 11 ft Section 2 That the amendments to the 1979
