BEING AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1982
CITY OF FORi COLLUS EMPLOYFE PAY PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore approved a position classifi-
cation and comprehensive plan for municipal employees for the Citj of Fort
Collins, and
4'HEREAS,-the administration has reviewed the City' s comprehensive plan
and has recommended that a new plan be approved which is based upon the
principles of employee performance, prevailing wages, and internal align-
ment, with salaries to be paid on a biweekly basis
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That the pay plan for the fiscal year, 1982 , for all of
the City of Fort Collins clerical and technical employees shall be as
follows
