OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING CONVERSION OF PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 304 EAST MULBERRY STREET FROM RESIDENTIAL
TO NON-RESIDENTIAL USES
WHEREAS, Section 118-41 I of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes conversions from residential to non-residential uses in the R-H
Zone under certain specified conditions, and
WHEREAS, application has been made for authorization to convert the
property described as follows from residential to non-residential uses
304 East Mulberry Street, Fort Collins, Colorado,
and
WHEREAS, a hearing having been held before the Council of the City of
Fort Collins on the 20th day of May, 1980
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 That conversion from residential to non-residential uses
for the property described as 304 East Mulberry Street, Fort Collins,
Colorado, is hereby approved
Section 2 That said approval is expressly subject to and conditioned
upon the property being used for professional office space as that term is
defined in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and rdered pub-
lished this 20th day of May, A D 198 , d to esen e for final
