AUTHORIZING CONVERSION OF PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 601 SOUTH HOWES AVENUE FROM RESIDENTIAL
TO NON-RESIDENTIAL USES
WHEREAS, Section 118-41 I of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes conversions from residential to non-residential uses in the R-H
Zone under certain specific conditions, and
WHEREAS, application has been made for authorization to convert the
property described as follows from residential to non-residential uses
601 South Howes Ar due (also known as Bromley Hall),
Fort Collins, Colorado, also known as the N 112 of Lot
3, all of Lots 4, 5 and 6, the S 1/2 of Lot 9, and the
N 1/2 of Lot 10, all A Block 96, HARRISON'S ADDITION,
CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, a hearing having been held before the Council of the City of
Fort Collins on the 17th day of June,x
980
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 That conversion from residential to non-residential uses
for the property described as 601 South Howes Avenue (also known as Bromley
Hall) , Fort Collins, Colorado, is hereby approved
Section 2 That said approval is expr\sly subject to and conditioned
upon the property being used for general office purposes
Introduced, considered favorably on firs\reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of June _, A D 1980, and to be presented for final
passage on tie 1st day of July A D 1980
