ORDINANCE NO 113, 1980
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES
THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE FOX RIDGE ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Fox Ridge Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the following Zoning Districts
B-P, Planned Business District
A tract of land situate in the Northwest 1/4 of Section
7, Township 6 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P M ,
Larimer County, Colorado, which begins at the Northwest
corner of said Section 7 and run thence N 89*34123" E
700 00 feet, thence S 00°26'40" E 1220 00 feet, thence
S 89034123" W 700 00 feet, thence N 00°26'40" W 1220 00
feet to the point of beginning, containing 19 6051
acres, more or less
R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential District
A part of Sections 6 and 7, Township 6 North, Range 68
West of the Sixth P M , Larimer County, Colorado,
which, considering the West line of the Southwest 1/4
of said Section 6 as bearing N 00*03120" E and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained
within the boundary lines which begin at the Southwest
corner of said Section 6 and run thence N 00°03'20" E

Section 2 That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon a master plan for the entire above-described property being submitted
to and approved by the City in accordance with the zoning ordinances of the
City in effect at the time of such submittal and approval
Section 3 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lisaed this 5th day of August, A D 1980, and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day ofSeptenber, A D 1980
