BEING AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1981
CITY OF FORT COLLINS EMPLOYEE PAY PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore approved a position classifi-
cation and comprehensive plan for municipal employees for the City of Fort
Collins, and
WHEREAS, the administration has reviewed the City's comprehensive plan
and has recommended that a new plan be approved which is based upon the
principles of employee performance, prevailing wages, and internal alignment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That the pay plan for the fiscal year, 1981, for all of
the City of Fort Collins clerical and technical employees shall be as
